  1. Prepare a classic version of a sweet biscuit for the dough. Everything is as simple as possible – mix flour, salt, sugar (the amount necessary for the dough). Add the pieces of butter, rub everything into a powder. Pour in ice water, knead everything with a fork and knead the elastic dough. Roll a ball out of it, put it in a bag and put it away in the cold for 1 hour.
  2. While the dough is “maturing”, prepare the sprinkles. In the bowl of a mixer, whisk all the ingredients for sprinkling – oat flakes, flour, sugar, honey, spices.
  3. On a sheet of parchment, roll out the dough into a flat cake with a diameter of about 40 cm. Sprinkle it with powder from the mixer, leaving a strip around the edges – for the sides.
  4. Peel the apples, cut into slices. We spread them on the biscuit, starting the circle from the outside. Sprinkle the cake on top with a mixture of 1 tbsp sugar and 1/3 tsp nutmeg. Bake our galetta in a hot oven at a temperature of 200 gr. for about 20-25 minutes (see your oven).
