Instructions
Mix minced meat with spices, salt, eggs;
Grate carrots, add finely chopped herbs, garlic, salt, season with sour cream, mix;
Burgers with stuffing you can sculpt by hand, but it will be more accurate to use a mold or a form for burgers;
