  1. Wash and dry the chicken fillet and squid. Fillet cut lengthwise into two parts. Cut the squid into strips on both sides. Grill the fillets on both sides for 5 minutes and the squid on both sides for 1.5 minutes.
  2. Cool slightly, cut into thin slices. Cut the sweet white onion into half rings. Mix oil, white balsamic or lemon juice, sweet mustard, soy sauce, crush a tiny clove of garlic, salt, pink pepper. Lay out the still warm chicken fillet and squid with onions. Let all the ingredients marinate for 5 minutes.
