Finely chop tomatoes, onions and cilantro.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone. Spoon the pulp into a cup, pour lemon juice, add salt and ground black pepper.
Chop the avocado pulp and hot pepper in a blender.
Put it on a plate. Add tomatoes, onion and cilantro, mix well.
It can be stored for 7-10 days in a closed jar in the refrigerator.
