As you know, one of the most famous and most common dishes in American cuisine is a variety of burgers (hamburgers, cheeseburgers, etc.). I suggest you try a vegetarian Burger with a cutlet of lentils and cauliflower. Amazing taste, unique aroma and, most importantly, a very healthy Burger has become one of my favorite dishes of American cuisine.

For lentils:
- 1/2 glass Lentils
- 4 glass Water
- 1/3 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Cloves powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Cardamom powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg (ground)
- 1/8 teaspoon Coriander (ground)
- 1/8 teaspoon Allspice powder
For cutlets:
- 1/2 piece Cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon Onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoon Beans
For burger:
- 5 pieces Buns
- 1 piece Avocado
- 1 piece Tomato
- 5 twigs Parsley
- Lettuce / Lettuce (leaves)
- Mayonnaise
