Sugar

Sour Cream (33%)

Cottage cheese

White chocolate

Sprinkling confectionery
Instructions
Take out the currant, let it thaw, drain the liquid (do not pour it out).
Dissolve the gelatin in the liquid.
Punch the currants with a blender, rub through a sieve, add sugar.
Bring the syrup to a boil, but do not boil, enter the swollen gelatin, stir until completely dissolved.
Pour the jelly into glasses, let cool, refrigerate until solidified for at least three hours.
Whisk cream with cottage cheese into a creamy mass using a mixer.
Melt the white chocolate in a saucepan with barely boiling water.
Add the chocolate to the creamy curd mass and beat well again.
Pour the cream over the frozen jelly. Sprinkled with jelly sprinkles for confectionery.
