Peel the onion and cut it into half rings. Boiled lamb cut into thin strips.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.
Finely chop the garlic.
For dressing, add finely chopped garlic to olive oil, season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix it.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onion until golden brown, add the chopped lamb, fry until browned, add salt and pepper to taste.
Let it cool down a little.
Cut the cucumbers into thin circles or semicircles (as you prefer).
Put the salad ingredients in a bowl:
pickled cucumbers, fried onions with lamb, canned beans, cherry tomatoes.
Mix it.
Place on a platter and pour over the dressing. Garnish with arugula.
