  1. Add seasoning, water, salt to the rice. Boil the rice in a convenient way for you. I used the microwave. The rice was crumbly.
  2. Carry out preparatory work: chop green onions and mushrooms, chop carrots and cheese.
  3. Fry carrots in butter for about three minutes, add onions and mushrooms. Fry everything together for another 3 minutes.
  4. Put the oven to heat up to 200 degrees. The rice-mushroom and cheese mass is visually divided into 3 parts. In the baking dish, put one part of the rice in the first layer, one part of the mushroom mass on top, and then the cheese. Repeat the layers in the same order two more times.
  5. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake the rice for 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. The rice puff is ready. Enjoy your meal!
