Light Salad with Prosciutto Recipe
The national dish of the Balkan peoples. We tried it in Montenegro, but it is cooked and served everywhere. Prosciutto is the equivalent of ham. You can also replace the Parma ham.

  1. We’ll need a salad mix or just a little green salad. But the mixture still turns out better, tastier and more fragrant. The quantity is at your discretion. I had half an Italian package.
  2. Cucumber and apple cut into thin triangular slices, tomatoes cut in half, suluguni cut into small cubes.
  3. Put all the ingredients for the filling plus a teaspoon of dried Italian herbs in a small jar, close tightly.
  4. And shake vigorously several times.
  5. Pour the salad mixture into a wide bowl, add cucumbers, cheese and apple and mix gently.
  6. Place the slide on a wide flat dish. Pour over the dressing.
  7. Garnish with cherry tomato halves.
  8. Put the prosciutto slices inside, tear into strips or pieces and put on the salad.
  9. Grate the parmesan on a grater or cut into flakes and sprinkle on top.
