I love liver in different variations. And today my fantasy led me to a liver roll. It was interesting to try how the liver pate would be combined with dried tomatoes. It turned out very well. Such a snack is not a shame to serve on a festive table.
Peel the carrots and onions. Wash the liver, remove the white film.
Finely chop the onion and carrot.
Fry the vegetables in oil. Boil the liver until tender.
Put the vegetables and liver in the bowl of the combine, season with salt and pepper.
Grind until smooth.
I had cheese with tomatoes, you can take the usual cream.
Add the chopped greens to the cheese. Mix it.
Place the plate on a bag or plastic wrap. Cover with another bag and flatten the mass into a square with your hands. Cut the edges with a knife, remove the excess.
Put the cheese and herbs on top of the plate and smooth it out.
Put the tomatoes on the edge.
It is better to cut them smaller so that the finished roll is easier to cut.
Roll the roll using a film.
Put the roll in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
