  1. Chop one piece of chicken breast in a food processor (blender, chopper) together with onions. Cut the second part into small cubes.
  2. Add corn to the chicken, season with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.

  4. Form small cutlets and roll in sesame seeds. I had black and white, I decided to make it in half))) Fry them until soft.
  5. In parallel, we put potatoes and celery to cook. Add saffron and, after boiling, add salt. Boil 2 eggs.
  6. 10 minutes before the end of cooking, add the grated garlic (about 1 tsp.).
  7. Put the finished cutlets on a napkin (remove excess oil).
  8. Drain the water from the potatoes and remove the celery (I would love to leave it, but I can’t). Prepare mashed potatoes: add warmed milk, butter and at the end enter the eggs grated on a coarse grater.
  9. Mashed potatoes turn out to be very tasty and fragrant.
