Meat Bread with Millet and Paprika Recipe
What I love about meatloaf is the speed of cooking and its versatility. Hot as a main course, cold on a sandwich – it’s delicious in all kinds! And every time you add new ingredients, you can get a new dish.

Instructions
  1. Finely chopped onion and grated carrot fry in vegetable oil. Boil the millet in salted water. Cut the bell pepper into small pieces. Grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater.
  2. Mix all this with minced meat, beat a raw egg into the minced meat.
  3. Season with soy sauce and pepper to taste, beat the minced meat well and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  4. You can cook meat bread in one large form or in small portions. I chose the second option. Lubricate the molds with oil and distribute the minced meat over the molds, compacting it.
  5. Put the molds in the preheated oven and cook for about 40-45 minutes at a temperature of 170-180 degrees (focus on your oven). When baking meat bread, liquid may be released – this is normal. This liquid can be drained and used as a sauce for meat bread.
