Mix in a bowl both types of flour, salt, dry yeast, dried herbs and paprika.Greens can take any to your taste. I have dried parsley and green onions
Pour in the warm serum and oil
Knead a soft elastic dough. Cover the bowl with cling film and leave at room temperature for 3-4 hours
During this time the dough will have to rise repeatedly, obmanite it right in the bowl 3-4 times.
Then sprinkle the surface with flour, put the dough and knead it well. Shape the ball first, bending the edges of the dough to the center. Turn over seam side down
Then stretch this ball slightly to get the shape of a loaf. Generously coat the bread with flour and place on a baking sheet or in a mold.
From the paper cut out the stencil sheet, attach it to the bread. Finger gently, but abundantly, lubricate the center of the stencil with water
And sprinkle with ground paprika
Carefully remove the stencil. Leave the bread to come about 20-25 minutes
Make cuts along the contour of the sheet and also make "veins".
Cuts can be made with a knife. But you have to make sure that the knife is quite sharp and it will not stretch the dough. Or you can use an ordinary blade.
Place in a preheated oven, bake at 160-170°C until tender. I can tell by the knock. I tap my knuckles against the crust. If the sound is deaf - bread is ready. Usually I have it baked for 25-30 minutes. Cover the finished bread with a towel and cool completely. The temperature above don't recommend it, because the paprika in the picture may burn
