- Place in a preheated oven, bake at 160-170°C until tender. I can tell by the knock. I tap my knuckles against the crust. If the sound is deaf - bread is ready. Usually I have it baked for 25-30 minutes. Cover the finished bread with a towel and cool completely.The temperature above don't recommend it, because the paprika in the picture may burn
