Meat Chops with Cheese Sauce “Bechamel” Recipe

  1. My pork is twisted through a meat grinder, crushed in a blender. Put the minced meat, cottage cheese, egg in a blender and whisk. If there is no blender, you can mix it with your hands.
  2. Form chops from the mass, wetting your hands in water. Meatballs are a flattened round-shaped product with a thickness of about 2 cm, with a diameter of no more than 6 cm.
  3. We boil it for a couple, I did it in the microwave, you can steam it or in a steamer.
  4. Place the chops in a deep baking dish.

  6. Melt the butter in a frying pan (with a thick bottom), do not fry in any case. Add the flour and, stirring constantly, fry for a couple of seconds.
  7. Milk is poured in small portions and stirred constantly so that there are no lumps. Add sea salt. Preheat the sauce, but do not bring it to a boil.
  8. Pour the Bechamel sauce over the chops.
  9. Place in a preheated 200 * C oven for 30 minutes.
  10. After 30 minutes, we got such a beauty!!!
