Meat cut 2 times through a meat grinder, add 1 egg, spices to taste, and mix well.
To form the chops and put into the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Butter melt, add 2 eggs, milk and flour. Mix well. ( should get the consistency of sour cream)
Warm up the pan, if you need to add a little vegetable oil (the batter itself when frying gives a little oil), you can do the chops below, as pancakes (somewhere 1cm), as you like.. Well dip them in batter and fry on both sides. You can bring to readiness in the oven, and can be under the cover.. ( I love in oven)
