Tender meat souffle will appeal to both adults and children! It is very simple to prepare a souffle, any minced meat will do. And with an unusual side dish, it can be served on a festive table.
Chop the onion with a blender or grate it on a fine grater.
Measure semolina and spices (I use spices for minced meat).
Put the minced meat in a bowl (I have pork and beef) and pour in the cream.
Add pressed bread, spices, salt and onion.
Mix everything very well and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Lubricate silicone molds with vegetable oil and put the minced meat.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds, cheese or nuts to taste.
Bake at 180 grams for about 30 minutes.
