  2. Meanwhile, I chop the onion, garlic and zucchini. Whisk in a blender until a “mush” is formed.
  3. Add to the minced rice, chopped vegetables, egg, salt to taste, ground black pepper, spices (I have to mince)
  4. Stir and whisk the minced meat.
  5. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. Form meatballs with wet hands. I put the form aside.
  6. Preparing the sauce. Cut the onion into small cubes. Grate the carrots on a fine grater. Tomatoes cut into 4 parts, remove the stalks and grate, holding the skin. Throw away the skin.
  7. Fry the onion in vegetable oil until transparent. Add carrots. Fry the carrots until golden brown. Add tomatoes. Add salt and oregano. Mix it. I wait for the boiling and turn off the fire.
  8. I spread meatballs with sauce. Cover with foil and place in a preheated 180 degree oven for 45-55 minutes (see on your oven).
