Instructions
Peel 1/2 mango and cut into cubes. Finely chop the shallots and chili peppers. Add the juice and oil.
Grind everything in a blender until smooth. Salad dressing is ready.
Chop the cabbage. Slice the green salad.
Cut the second half of the mango into cubes. Chop the bell pepper.
Cut the tortilla into strips and fry until golden brown in oil. Put it on a napkin to get rid of excess fat.
Fill the salad with our dressing and mix.
The salad is ready, serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
