Instructions
Add sugar, yeast and salt to the warm milk. Leave in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Add egg and vegetable oil to the yeast that has come up. Mix it.
Add flour in parts. Knead a soft, tender dough. Leave the dough to rise for 40 minutes.
Divide the dough that has come up into 6 parts.
Roll out each piece of dough into a thin layer, adding a small amount of flour.
Lubricate one layer of dough with melted butter.
Cover with a second layer of dough and brush with butter again.
Cover with a third layer of dough, roll out a little with a rolling pin.
Cut into 8 segments.
At the tip of each sharp corner of the segment, make an incision, but not to the end.
If desired, spread a little filling on the widest part and roll it into a bagel.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Leave it on for 20 minutes.
Grease with egg and bake at 180 degrees until browned.
Enjoy with tea.
