Milk Rolls-Bagels Recipe
Delicious, homemade cakes for tea. Layered, delicate, airy rolls-bagels will appeal to both adults and children. Can be to do with stuffing all and without. Come on in!

Flour wheat / Flour
In warm milk add sugar, yeast and salt. Leave in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Coming up in the yeast add the egg and vegetable oil. Stir.
Parts add flour. Knead the soft, tender dough. Leave the dough to rise 40 minutes.
Approached the dough is divided into 6 parts.
Each piece of dough roll out into a thin layer, podpisa a little flour.
Grease one layer of dough with melted butter.
Cover with the second layer of dough and again lubricate with butter.
Cover with the third layer of dough to roll a little rolling pin.
Cut into 8 segments.
At the tip of each sharp corner of the segment to make an incision, but not to the end.
At the request of the widest part to spread some of the filling and roll into a bagel.
Put the rolls on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Leave on for 20 minutes.
Grease with egg and bake at 180 degrees until Browning.
