  1. The cooking time is indicated without taking into account the baking of pepper. Canned pepper is taken for the winter. According to the season, peppers are baked for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Then the pepper is put in a bag, from which it will then be easier to remove the skin. Finely chop the finished pepper.
  2. Crumble the cheese.
  3. Finely chop the onion, heat the oil and fry for 3 minutes on high heat.
  4. Then add the chopped tomatoes. In winter, take canned food in its own juice from a jar. Fry for about 5 minutes.
  5. Then add corn, pepper and finely chopped parsley. Fry for about 4 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste, but do not forget that you will add more salty cheese!
  6. At the end of the dish, you can add cheese and eggs covered with icing. You can beat the eggs completely or gently beat the white, and leave the yolks untouched.
