Muffins on Kefir with Broccoli Recipe
The recipe for a similar dish can be found on the website pages. But mine is a little different, so I decided to post it. Very easy to prepare. Any novice cook can handle it. This is a great option for breakfast or dinner.

Broccoli

Kefir

Chicken egg

Butter

Processed cheese

Baking powder

teaspoon
Salt

Sausage
Instructions
Boil broccoli in salted water for 3-4 minutes.
Add salt and baking powder to the flour and sift into a bowl.
Add the egg to the kefir and mix.
Melt the butter and cool it. Add butter and cheese to the flour mixture.
Cut the broccoli and sausage into pieces.
Add to the flour mass.
Stir quickly.
Grease the muffin pan with oil and fill it with the mass.
Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 25 minutes. Watch out for baking, because ovens work differently. Enjoy your meal!
