Instructions
Drain the mushrooms and transfer them to a frying pan greased with olive oil.
Peel the onion, wash, cut into cubes and add to the mushrooms. Fry the mushrooms and onions until soft.
Sift the flour into the cream, add salt, pepper, mix well so that there are no lumps.
Pour the cream into a mold with mushrooms. Cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
I used honey cheese to make julienne.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Sprinkle our julienne and cook for another 5 minutes under a closed lid.
