Mussels can be used both in shells and without them.
If we use mussels in shells, the halves of the shells should be separated and leave the mussels in one of the halves.
Prepare the marinade.
Fry finely chopped onion and garlic in olive oil (1 clove).
Add salt, pepper, herbs, wine, boil and remove from heat.
Add chopped garlic (2 cloves) and lemon juice to the marinade.
We put the mussels in a fireproof form, pour marinade over them. And bake in a preheated 180 °C oven for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy your meal!!!
