Instructions
Finely chop the garlic. And fry a little in vegetable oil.
Add one finely chopped onion.
Add the bell pepper and fry for 3 minutes.
Add homemade tomato sauce.
Add some water. Add salt, pepper and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Add grated onion to the minced meat. Add salt, pepper and mix well.
Fill the nests with minced meat, leaving a small depression in the middle.
Place the nests in the pan with the sauce. If necessary, add water so that the nests are 2/3 immersed in the sauce.
Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 20-25 minutes.
Melt 50 g of butter in a frying pan. Add the basil and heat the oil a little.
Add the green peas and heat for 5-7 minutes on low heat.
Put the peas in the ready-made nests in the recesses. Sprinkle hard cheese on top. Enjoy your meal.
