  1. In a blender, chop the oatmeal. I did not grind it into flour, but left small pieces.
  2. Also chop the walnuts.
  3. Mix the crushed flakes and nuts, coconut chips, salt and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Mix it.
  4. In any way, mash bananas into mashed potatoes, it is more convenient for me to use a blender.
  5. Add the banana puree to the dry ingredients and stir. Add eggs and honey. Stir again.
  6. Add the melted butter, mix again. The dough will turn out thick, the spoon drains.
  7. Put the dough into a mold (after lightly greasing it with vegetable oil, the diameter of the mold is 20 cm), send it to bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
  8. We take the finished cake out of the oven, let it cool down.
