In the conditions of a city apartment and hot weather, beets are boiled.
Cut the apple into cubes.
Grate a third of the beetroot, and cut the rest into cubes.
Pour the kvass into a saucepan.
Put crushed apple, beetroot and thyme in the sourdough.
Table seasoning of grated horseradish.
