  1. Boil potatoes in a uniform, hard-boiled eggs.
  2. Finely chop the green onion, dill and parsley.
  3. Peel the potatoes and mash them together with half of the chopped greens with a potato masher.
  4. Add the grated cucumber and radish to the potatoes.
  5. Peel the egg, rub the yolk with mustard, sour cream, salt and black pepper
  6. The recipe uses dried roach, I don’t have it, I took smoked halibut. Clean the fish, disassemble it into fibers, put it with vegetables.
  7. Mix the dressing with other components of the okroshka. A homogeneous mass should be obtained.
  8. Pour the soup with chilled kvass. Mix it.
  9. Serve the okroshka in deep plates in a chilled form, sprinkled with the remaining herbs. Enjoy your meal!
