A refreshing dish that can remind us of summer tastes at any time of the year. Our family liked the okroshka on plain water with the addition of appropriate seasonings. An unusual flavor is given to it by a special preparation of greens.

Instructions
  1. Pre-boil potatoes, eggs, meat. Finely chop the greens – dill, parsley, green onions. In summer I also add radishes.
  2. Add salt and rub them in order for the greens to let the juice. Thanks to this, the soup turns out very fragrant and especially delicious.
  3. Cut the cucumber into cubes.
  4. Cut the meat into cubes. I have pork, you can replace it with chicken or turkey. Also, for those who prefer sausages, you can replace sausage / ham.
  5. Cut the eggs into cubes.
  6. Cut the potatoes into cubes.
  7. Next, prepare the base: add 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tsp of citric acid, 2 tablespoons of 9% vinegar, 4-5 tablespoons of sour cream to 2 liters of filtered water, you can also add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise or even replace sour cream with mayonnaise, as you like. Mix everything well until completely dissolved.
  8. Then pour the chopped ingredients into the “broth” and mix everything, mix the mixture. Try it, if someone lacks something to taste, you can add (salt, sugar or acid). The soup is ready, bon appetit!
