Instructions
  1. In the bowl in which I will knead the dough, pour sour milk. Milk can be replaced with curdled milk. All the ingredients for the dough will be sent by email. Corolla. Pour baking soda into the sour milk, stir. I’m out of soda. Added sugar, salt, eggs, mixed. I love sweet pancakes, so the amount of sugar should be selected according to your taste. Sift the flour, combine it together. The dough turned out thick, not for thin pancakes. Constantly working with a whisk, pour boiling water. Now we have dough for thin pancakes. I poured sunflower oil into the dough so as not to lubricate the mold for each pancake. It’s done.
  2. Bake pancakes. Heat the pan well. My frying pan is D-24 cm. To bake the first thin pancakes, the mold can be oiled. Pour the dough into a thin layer, spreading it over the entire plane of the mold, tilting the mold from side to side. When the pancake on one side acquires a beautiful color and grabs, easily turn it over. From this amount of dough I got 9 pieces of thin pancakes D-24 cm.
  3. Prepare the filling. Pour oil into a frying pan, heat it up and put the garlic cloves. Fry them for a minute so that the garlic gives its flavor to the oil, and take it out. In the fragrant oil, put the onion, cut at random. We brown it and add chopped cabbage to it. Fry the cabbage until tender, not very much. It will take about 15 minutes. At the end, add salt and pepper to taste with freshly ground black pepper if desired. Add sour cream, stir, reduce the heat to a minimum, cover with a lid and simmer the cabbage for 3-5 minutes. At the end, add chopped hard-boiled eggs to the filling. The filling is ready.
  4. Wrap the pancakes. The pancakes are ready. You can still fry them on each side in butter. I don’t eat, I don’t eat very little fried food.
  5. Delicate thin pancakes are cooked with sour milk. Cabbage filling with sour cream is just perfect for these pancakes. If the pancakes remain cold, they can be reheated in the microwave by putting pieces of butter on top of them. The butter will melt, and the pancakes will taste more creamy.
