  1. In a deep bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and 1/3 milk.
  2. Add flour and baking powder, mix.
  3. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly with a whisk, so that lumps do not form.
  4. Add vegetable oil and whisk. The dough is ready, and you can start cooking thin pancakes with milk.
  5. Preheat the frying pan, brush with vegetable oil with a silicone brush. Pour an incomplete measuring spoon of dough onto the mold, evenly distributing it over the entire surface of the mold. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Pancakes are ready!
  6. For the filling, mix cottage cheese, salt, egg, sugar and vanilla sugar. Mash well with a fork.
  7. Cut the pancakes in half. Place the cottage cheese on the center of the wide edge, cover the side edges with it and wrap the pancake. Repeat the same with all the pancakes.
  8. Put small pieces of butter on the bottom of the baking dish and put the pancakes with cottage cheese in one layer.
  9. Spread more butter on the pancakes and lay out the second layer of pancakes.
  10. Spread the top of the pancakes with sour cream and sprinkle with sugar. Cover with a lid or foil and put in the oven for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
