Pancakes with Souffle Recipe
Usually on New Year’s holidays, and on any other holidays, children go to visit their beloved grandmothers. And grandmothers manage to feed them better in different ways. I suggest making pancakes from them, but not simple, but with a surprise in the form of a souffle inside.

Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the pancakes and get a batter without lumps. You can cook it according to any of your favorite recipes.
  2. Put the pan on medium heat and preheat. Brush with butter and bake the pancakes. Depending on the diameter of the mold, we make them 3 large or 6 small. Turn the oven on 180 degrees.
  3. Rinse the prunes and pour boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Drain and dry.
  4. Grind the prunes until smooth.
  5. In the mass of prunes, add two yolks, powdered sugar and mix thoroughly. If you like sweet filling, increase the amount of powdered sugar.
  6. Whisk the remaining whites into a thick foam. I did it in a food processor.
  7. Thoroughly mix the whipped whites with the prune mass.
  8. Put a part of the air mass on one half of the pancake and cover with the other half. We do this with all the pancakes.
  9. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Lay out the pancakes and put pieces of frozen butter on top.
  10. Bake in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  11. Remove from the oven And immediately, until the souffle has settled inside, serve to the table. So start putting your family at the table in advance.
  12. Bon Appetit!
