Instructions
Beat eggs and powdered sugar with a mixer.
Mix the ricotta, honey, sour cream. Enter the sifted flour, beaten eggs, mix gently.
Divide the resulting mass into 2 parts and arrange in different plates. Add coffee and lemon juice to one part, zest and lime juice to the other.
Take small baking molds and cover the bottom with baking paper. With a spoon, mix both types of dough alternately.
Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 150 °C. Decorate, if desired, with berries and powdered sugar.
