  1. Pour a little olive oil into a deep and high frying pan, add a couple of garlic cloves cut into 4 parts to the cold butter, and stir constantly so that the oil is soaked with garlic smell; as soon as the garlic “tries” to brown, remove it from the oil, add finely chop the onion and lightly fry until pale golden brown, add seafood and finely chopped parsley, simmer for 5 minutes, shifting shrimp and scallops from one barrel to another

Then put the seafood on a plate, and pour the wine into the pan, let it boil for a couple of minutes and add homemade tomatoes or chopped tomatoes (you can also use tomatoes in their own juice), if the tomatoes are fresh, let it boil until the liquid evaporates by half, and if the tomato, then it will last for 5 minutes, constantly stirring
  3. Then put it on top of the seafood, add a little more olive oil, a little pepper and salt, simmer all together for another 5-7 minutes
  4. Boil the pasta in a large amount of salted water strictly according to the time indicated on the package, they should not be overcooked in any case … Remove all the “animals” from the pan again.. Throw the finished pasta into a colander
  5. In a frying pan, mix them with the sauce.
  6. Arrange on plates, put seafood on top and sprinkle with parsley.
