Pour a little olive oil into a deep and high frying
pan, add a couple of garlic cloves cut into 4 parts to the cold butter, and stir constantly so that the oil is soaked with garlic smell;
as soon as the garlic “tries” to brown, remove it from the oil, add finely chop the onion and lightly fry until pale golden brown,
add seafood and finely chopped parsley, simmer for 5 minutes, shifting shrimp and scallops from one barrel to another
