  1. It is better to take sharp cheese. And pasta – I collected the leftovers from different packs. Since then, I’ve been cooking like this – it turns out to be more fun.
  2. Boil the pasta in a ladle and drain. Turn down the gas, don’t turn it off. Pour less than a tablespoon of sunflower oil on the eyes so that they do not stick together. Wait until it is absorbed, for half a minute. And pepper to taste. And sprinkle with thin strips of cheese so that it melts faster. A couple of minutes later. Stir so that it does not stick and the cheese is evenly distributed. In another saucepan, boil the broccoli in parallel with salted water, dividing into inflorescences. And mix the contents of both pots, you can let it stand for a while.
  3. It is very tasty and warms up the next day, everything is well soaked. Again, this saves time, not every dinner can be left for the next day. Enjoy your meal!
