  1. To your taste, prepare mashed potatoes.
  2. In a bowl, mix the minced Turkey (chicken), chopped herbs and mushrooms, and egg. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add semolina and mix thoroughly.
  4. Portions (250-300 ml) of refractory form of grease with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Place 2 tablespoons of mashed potatoes on the bottom and 3 tablespoons of minced meat on it.
  5. Insert a Cup in the middle, 2.5-3 cm., place mashed potatoes around.
  6. Place in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees, until the juice is clear in the middle and lightly browned.
  7. Break a quail egg into a hole ( or mix 2 chicken eggs and pour into 4 servings). Grate the cheese and sprinkle on top.
  8. Bake for another 7-10 minutes, 200 degrees.
  9. Serve hot in the form.
