Boil the potatoes and chop them into a puree. Add grated cheese, egg, salt, pepper, mix with turmeric.
Form a flatbread in the palm of your hand, spread one teaspoon of cottage cheese in the middle.
Form the cutlets and roll them in breadcrumbs.
Heat a frying pan, add vegetable oil and fry over high heat until golden brown. Fry should be done quickly, because cutlets without adding flour are very “brittle” (get hard)
Transfer the finished cutlets to a platter and let cool completely.
