Instructions
Add chopped garlic, salt, pepper to the cream, bring to a boil.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.
Put the potatoes in the cream and cook for 10 minutes.
Grease the heat-resistant mold with butter, put potatoes in it with an even layer using a slotted spoon.
Add mustard to the cream, mix well. Pour the sauce over the potatoes. Preheat the oven to 180 °, bake for 25 minutes.
