Add 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs. Mix the minced meat well. If necessary, add salt and ground black pepper. This recipe used homemade stew, ready to eat, that is, initially it had salt and black pepper peas.
From the resulting mass, form round-shaped meatballs. Sprinkle the meatballs with breadcrumbs. I got 8 medium-sized meatballs.
Heat 2 tablespoons of melted butter in a frying pan, add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Fry the meatballs on both sides over medium heat.
Grease the finished meatballs with melted butter. To garnish, you can prepare a salad of fresh vegetables.
