Instructions
Let’s prepare the products.
Grate the peeled potatoes and three onions in a deep bowl.
Then add the egg, salt and flour to the cup.
Mix the mass well.
Pour the vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan. Spoon the potato mass into the pancake mold.
Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Place the fried potato pancakes on paper napkins, removing excess oil.
We spread cottage cheese on each potato pancake, we adjust the amount according to your taste.
Lightly salted red fish cut into slices and put on pancakes on top of cottage cheese.
Garnish the dish with fresh herbs and serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
