Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces and boil until tender.
Wipe the potatoes with milk and 30 g of butter / puree. In a blender, chop the onion, garlic, herbs.
Add eggs, herbs, salt and pepper to taste to the puree, mix.
Grease the baking dish (36 cm) with the remaining oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Transfer the mashed potatoes to the mold, prick the top with a fork.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
Bake in the oven at 200″ – about 25/30 minutes until golden brown.
