  1. Prepare the products.
  2. Potatoes are washed. We put it in a saucepan. Add water and salt (1 tsp.). Cook until tender. Then drain the water. Potatoes are cooled and peeled.
  3. While the potatoes are cooking, cut the onion into half rings.
  4. Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan and put the finely chopped onion. fry for 5 minutes. Then add the frying sauce and fry for another 1 minute.
  5. Remove the frying pan with onions from the heat. Cool.
  6. Pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan and put the minced meat. Fry for 3-5 minutes. Add salt to taste.
  7. Mash the peeled potatoes.
  8. Add the beaten egg to the potatoes in a cup. Mix well.
  9. Add the sifted flour to the potato mass.
  10. Prepare the potato dough.
  11. Moisten your hands with water. Divide the dough into 8-10 parts. Make small cakes from the dough.
  12. Place the potato tortillas on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Use a spoon to make small holes. Moisten the ladle with water each time.
