Potatoes with Chicken in Sour Cream Sauce Recipe
Girls and boys, for my last recipe in the contest, I’m closing my favorite chicken marinade recipe. This marinade is great for barbecue. I’ve been using it for a long time. The recipe is always asked. I hope you enjoy it too. This recipe is very convenient for a festive feast. In it, the side dish and the chicken are baked on the same baking sheet under the most fragrant sauce. It turns out perfectly.

  1. The pickling time is not specified in the recipe. Grate the garlic and ginger on a coarse grater. Add sour cream, soy sauce, tomato paste, curry, hot pepper, salt and liquid (beer, or water, or wine, or broth). Mix everything thoroughly. Pour over the chicken, thoroughly smear all the pieces with marinade and send them to the refrigerator at least overnight. The cost is up to 3 days. By the way, the wings for the grill in this marinade are wonderful.
  2. Cut the peeled potatoes into thin slices, and the onion into half rings. The food processor helped me. Potatoes and onions are perfectly sliced in a matter of minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the potatoes and onions on a deep baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Salt and pepper.
  4. Put the chicken on the potatoes, cover the baking sheet with foil and put it in the oven for 30 minutes.
  5. Dilute the remaining marinade with beer, broth, wine or water until it turns into thick sour cream.
  6. Remove the foil and put it in the oven for another 45 minutes. Lubricate the chicken and potatoes with marinade every 15-20 minutes. In the last 10 minutes, turn on the top grill with a fan. We take out the most fragrant dish from the oven.
