Instructions
  1. Pour boiling water over the broccoli and cook for 2 minutes, put it in a colander and cut into pieces. You can cook it in a steamer.
  2. Cut the fish into pieces, heat a little sunflower oil in a frying pan, fry the fish on all sides, literally 1-2 minutes, and season with cream. Simmer for another 1-2 minutes on low heat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cut the dough into squares of 10 cm or 8 cm, depending on the size of your mold.
  4. Put the dough into molds, pre-lubricate with oil and press your fingers against the walls so that the dough takes the form of baskets, as in the photo.
  5. Peel 2 cloves of garlic and cut into very small cubes. Put broccoli, garlic, fish on the dough in molds (2-3 pieces in a basket), add 1 tsp of the sauce in which the fish was fried to each basket, and sprinkle cheese on top. The filling can be any. For example, mushrooms, chicken, ham.
  6. Bake in a preheated 180* oven for 25-30 minutes. It can be served hot or cold. Very tasty. I recommend it!
