While the dough is defrosting, prepare the filling: put the cottage cheese (or grated cheese) in a deep bowl.
Cut the sausages into quarters and add to the cottage cheese.
Add finely chopped parsley…
… and Korean carrots. You can add spices.
Season with mayonnaise. Mix well.
Now roll out the dough (not thinly) and cut it into small squares. Put the filling in the center and wrap it, fastening the edges on one side (according to the principle of dumplings).
Place the pies on a baking sheet sprinkled with flour.
Grease the cakes with egg on top.
