Grate the pumpkin on a fine grater. Add the zest and juice of 1/2 lemon, mix well.
In a bowl, mix 2 eggs, 100 g of sugar, 1 tsp (with a slide) of vanilla sugar, 150 ml of milk and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Combine the egg-sugar mixture with the pumpkin, mix and, gradually adding the sifted flour with baking powder and a pinch of salt, knead the dough. The dough should turn out like thick sour cream.
Form balls with two spoons (1/2 tablespoon of dough) and fry on both sides until golden brown in a frying pan with plenty of oil. Donuts almost do not absorb oil, I had enough to fry the oil originally poured into the pan.
Put the finished donuts on a napkin to remove excess oil.
Sprinkle the donuts with powdered sugar and call everyone for tea!!!))
