Grate the pumpkin on a fine grater. Add the zest and juice of 1/2 lemon, mix well.
In a bowl, mix 2 eggs, 100g sugar, 1ch. l. (with a slide) vanilla sugar, 150ml milk and 2 tbsp vegetable oil.
Combine the egg-sugar mixture with the pumpkin, mix and, gradually adding the sifted flour with baking powder and a pinch of salt, knead the dough. The dough should turn out like thick sour cream.
With two spoons to form balls (1/2 tbsp dough) and fry on both sides until Golden brown in a pan with plenty of oil. Oil donuts almost do not absorb, I had enough for frying originally poured into the pan oil.
Ready donuts put on a napkin to remove excess oil.
Doughnuts sprinkle with powdered sugar and call everyone to tea!!!))
