  1. The rice is boiled, as it is written on the package, in salted water and spread in a baking dish greased with vegetable oil.
  2. Wash the liver, remove the films and everything that we don’t like, let the water drain and spread it on the rice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Spread fried onions on the liver.
  4. Grate the apples on the onion.
  5. Pour sour cream over everything.
  6. Sprinkle with grated cheese and place in a preheated 180C oven for 45-50 minutes.
