  1. Prepare the food. Boil the rice in salted water and defrost the mussels.
  2. Melt the butter, add the chopped garlic. Fry for a minute.
  3. Add mussels. Stir, cover and fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the cream.
  5. Add a little salt, add Provencal herbs and flour.
  6. Stir, then wait a minute and remove from heat.
  7. Add mussels together with the sauce to the rice and mix. At this stage, you can already stop and serve to the table.
  8. But I wanted a cheese crust and serve this dish in portions. Arrange the rice with mussels into molds or small molds.
  9. Sprinkle generously with grated cheese. Put it in a hot oven for 10 minutes, during which time the rice will be soaked with the aroma of the sauce, and the cheese will melt and turn into a beautiful crust. Enjoy your meal.
