  1. Mix eggs with soy sauce and milk;
  2. Cut trout into cubes;
  3. Add the trout to the eggs, stir and fry the omelet in a frying pan suitable in diameter for a tortilla; Sprinkle the top of the omelet with chopped herbs; Cool the finished omelet;
  4. Brush the tortillas with cream cheese;
  5. After making sure with a spatula that the omelet departs well from the bottom, cover the omelet with a flat cake, greased with oil, side down and turn the mold to the surface;
  6. Cover the omelet with a second tortilla with the greased side down and tightly twist everything into a roll; Wrap the roll tightly in foil and put it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour;
  7. Remove the foil roll and cut into portions; Enjoy your meal!
